The course is divided into parts of exercises and manual skills for the face and body, as well as lots of postural and general well-being advice
The course is divided into different modules that will open from time to time as your path progresses. THE TECHNIQUES MUST BE PERFORMED EVERY DAY, for a duration ranging from 20 to 40 minutes per day. THE COURSE IS DIVIDED INTO TECHNIQUES FOR 5 consecutive WEEKS
